I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel du Lac, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my high expectations in every way. The moment I entered the beautifully decorated lobby, I was greeted with warmth by the friendly staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process with welcome drinks that truly set the tone for my stay. The room itself was immaculate, featuring a comfortable bed, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a complimentary electric kettle that allowed me to enjoy tea at my leisure, creating a homely atmosphere. What truly stood out was the impeccable service from the staff; they went out of their way to assist with printing my tickets and arranging a last-minute ironing service, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring my comfort.
